Create a folder on your U drive under the Web Design Folder titled Final Third Trimester
Using Expressions, create a webpage on Malaysia.
The webpage must contain the following:
One Main page with a clearly stated purpose.
Three subpages.
10 Pictures.
Each subpage should have a specific purpose, i.e., history, famous people, climate, government, tourist attractions, points of interest, etc.
Table lay-outs.
Links between pages.
Links to outside sources
Culturgrams on the Media Center page could be useful. DeltonHS is the log in and Kellogg is the password.

Create a webpage in Expressions.
All criteria is exactly the same as that for Frontpage.
The first page for Expressions is due at the end of the day.
There must be a minimum of a table lay-out and some content, either written, color or background on the page.

Add to your Wix page:
Two different backgrounds
One photo gallery
One widget
Two items that change animation
Three moving, animated or flash items

Sign up for a webpage.
Select a topic for your webpage.
Save a minimum of 8 pictures for your webpage.
All pictures will need to be saved under your Wix folder on your home drive.
Publish a beginning page for your wix page.
Your wix page will have to have the following.
3 subpages.
Two pages with mini-pages.
A statement of purpose for each page.
Eight pictures.
Three moving or varying icons or text.

You should have the beginning to your Frontpage started.
It should have the following:
A main page.
The main page must be saved as index.
The main page must have a title that is indicative of its purpose.
There should be at least three keywords that describe the main page.
Four subpages.
8 links to other sites.
Interactive buttons.
Table lay-out.
One additional table other than the table lay-out.
Two background colors.
A banner.
One page or cell that uses a background picture.
One horizontal line.
Links between all of the pages.
10 pictures.
Two variations of table borders.
Some varying degree of opacity in your banner, background pictures or other images.

Start Banner for Frontpage
Your banner should include the following:
A minimum of four layers.
A minimum of two pictures.
Text.
One varying degree of opacity.
A suggested size is 12 x 4 or 10 x 3.
Your banner should be saved as two files, one as a jpeg and one as a psd file.
All pictures and files should be saved in your Frontpage folder.
Two Alterations or variations in the text.

Weebly Final Requirements
There should be no unsuccessful links or pictures (nothing should say "Click here to add image").
Overall Appearance - 200 points
One link should pop up in a new window.
One link should stay in same browser window.
There should be one multimedia addition.

In your Web Desing folder on your home drive, create folders for Weebly (if not already completed, Frontpage, Expressions, Wix and Dreamweaver).

Website evaluation should be e-mailed before Sunday, March 14.
They will be graded by Monday. There is a 10% reduction for each day late.
Your weebly page, even though not finished should be published.
The criteria for your Weebly page is listed below for March 9.
E-mail link to Mrs. Culbert by the end of class.

You will need to make sure that your weebly page has the following:

Establish E-mail and send e-mail to
Mrs. Culbert. The subject heading must state Web Design - 3rd Trimester. The content must include e-mail address and your name.
Create an Excel spreadsheet. List the following webpages.
and two additional sites of your own choosing.
You must evaluate the webpage for the following criteria:
Appearance
Links
Navigation
Information
Source of Authority
Speed
This must be e-mailed to Mrs. Culbert in an attachment.
